Cross Keys Burst Water Main
27 November 2015 (15.30)
“We would like to thank customers for bearing with us as we have worked to repair the burst water main in Cross Keys which was caused by a third party.
“Our engineers have worked around the clock since Wednesday morning to repair the pipe. The repair was completed last night and our engineers worked overnight to refill the local network.
“Water supplies have returned to normal. However some customers may experience low water pressure or some slight discoloration until the main is completely refilled with water. Any discoloration should clear within a short period of time.
“We apologise for any inconvenience caused and again thank customers for bearing with us”.
